One of my favorite actors, Bruce Willis, suffers from dementia, and he is much younger than Joe Biden is. I have a slightly higher than average IQ, and yet when public speaking I have done exactly this, its due to anxiety I can hear my voice but can't understand what I'm saying, it only lasts about 10 seconds but is so embarrassing, I avoid talking to groups of more than 4 of 5. However I don't think he had anxiety, he actually was struggling mentally. He looked expressionless too, which was to me even more alarming. Looked like a dead man standing lol

Sadly No. I’m a psychiatrist and have seen a lot of patients like Biden. He’s only going to get worse and go downhill . What he’s definitely lost is mental flexibility. He may have Parkinson’s Disease - a neurodegenerative disorder that can be treated with drugs for around 5-10 years. After that treatment is no longer effective and many patients develop dementia. Sleepy joe looks like he was OK in 2020 but has declined in the last 4 years.

1. Biden has had a stutter his entire life. He was bullied for it as a child, and frankly, he's still being bullied for it. It gets worse when he's tired or stressed.
