We have the 25th amendment to remove a President like him from office, but it's a complicated process that I don't fully understand. I think a majority of his staff has to invoke the 25th amendment, which they are probably not gonna do, because by doing so, they lose their jobs. His brain has been scrambled eggs for several years, and they've been covering it up. His staff writes all his speeches and he just reads them from a teleprompter. Apparently dementia doesn't always take away a person's ability to read, but take away his teleprompter and he can't even construct half of a sentence, like what happened during the debate.

our democracy is at risk without a president. Right now we do not have a president. Biden is mentally incapacitated. Swear in VP Harris as POTUS ASAP so our democracy continues.

Biden has been a figurehead from day 1 just as it was planned! This Presidency has been run from the shadows! This would have been true with or without Biden's mental and physical decline. This Presidency has been a third term for BHO! In my opinion.
