MM valley area is best Central emiper, central height Central park, sky height,and gharaunda best near bypassed, Mumbra public transport only train 🚂🚃🚆 there is no bus connectivity there is no Metro and Metro line will be dream 😔 for mumbra people if local politician will put them more efforts on local bus connectivity for mm valley road and other area , traffic problem from amrut Nagar to kausa kabristan if this issue is solved एमएम वैली क्षेत्र सबसे अच्छा सेंट्रल एम्पियर है, सेंट्रल हाइट सेंट्रल पार्क, स्काई हाइट और घरौंदा सबसे अच्छा बाईपास के पास है, मुंब्रा सार्वजनिक परिवहन केवल ट्रेन है, वहां कोई बस कनेक्टिविटी नहीं है, वहां कोई मेट्रो नहीं है और मेट्रो लाइन मुंब्रा के लोगों के लिए सपना होगी अगर स्थानीय राजनेता एमएम वैली रोड और अन्य क्षेत्र के लिए स्थानीय बस कनेक्टिविटी पर अधिक प्रयास करेंगे, अमृत नगर से कौसा कब्रिस्तान तक यातायात की समस्या अगर यह मुद्दा हल हो जाता है

Maine carpet area bataya hai video me par rate joh hai woh buildup area pe lagta hai aur buildup area zyda rehta hai. Also, hamne khud jaake sabi construction k sales office se rate liye hai khudse kuch nhi kaha hai. Rate aur kam hojaayenge agar builder se direct baat kare toh. Even mere paas payment rate k Boucher bi hai but due to confidentiality mai video me nhi daalsakta because doh teen construction k price bataaye hai.
