This songs speaks the most to those who gave all they were to someone they thought loved you back, but in the end it was never a, "thing," to start with. In my case i thought this one girl loved me for my kindness and personality, but in the end used me for her own bidding. i want you, the ones who experienced this, to know that God has made a path for you and made a person that will love you for who you are, not for your social status or affection. But for your personality that shines so bright. There is a light at the end of this tunnel. I know that for a fact.

This song came at the perfect time in my life a lot of growth and self-love going on, I dedicate this song to all the times I didn’t think I was enough or that I wasn’t doing what I should be. Now I know, there is no right or wrong, only peace in authenticity. Love yourself a little more today
@lucianalixandrescu446310 жыл бұрын
Yup, I really find it unfair how you can be completely dedicated to something, how the smile of someone else can become your only purpose, and they open you the door for a little bit, just to give you a taste of how it would be like to make them happy for the rest of your days.. And then kick you back out, and pretend the feelings never happened, and keep you outside the door, just shouting at you when they've got other problems that don't involve you anymore. So tell me, now, where was my fault In loving you with my whole heart? I'm just gonna wait for an answer.

I was on a short run this morning, listening to the usual music with a heavy beat in time to my running when I accidentally skipped to this song. I have never run so hard for so long. Although it doesn't have the recurring beat good for running, the emotions I get from this song (Despair, anger and most of all, love) all keep me going to become a better person. I recommend this song for running (but you have to mouth the words with as much passion as possible).

So many people are talking about how they've been rejected and hurt by a lover, but really to me, it can be a friend or family too. I've had friends who've done shit to me before and I can relate to this song, luckily I bounced back immediately because it wasn't something to have a major affect in my life. But pain is pain: it's a little shit who doesn't care how small it is because it's just the same. I connect to this music and though I'm young, it helps me from stumbling and falling over last pebble I crossed in my path

I've been a Mumford & Sons fan since they debuted, and this was always my favourite song by them. Sigh No More is my favourite album by them. So beautiful.

My fiance and i have been going out for 10years. She is my high school sweetheart. We are suppose to marry this september. But she started having doubts about the future. Afraid that we will divorce or she might cheat. Then she ended the relationship because of doubts. Yet i still love her

I totally hear you. I broke down on my run this evening when this song came on my iPod, not once, but 2x. The second time, I literally sprinted the life out of me for the most of the song and the song before it (Roll Away Your Stone). By the end, I found myself, lying in the middle of the track at the park, broken, angered, sad, remorseful...but, mostly broken. I've never felt so much emotion. These two songs, back to back, totally hit me at the wrong time....or, maybe exactly when I needed it.

Hey I'm about 5 months late but I know a ton.... Hope you like some of them, I'm just going in alphabetical order by band, and some of them could be about love and I just don't know. I'm trying tho Maybe Forever Young? Don't know if you'd call that sad Fat Face by AWOLNATION (who knows what that song is about) The Funeral by Band of Horses Cigarette Daydreams by Cage The Elephant Beneath The Surface by Dream Theater (no it's not metal) Do You Realize? By the Flaming Lips Drive by Imagine Dragons Dream by Imagine Dragons Release also Imagine Dragons I Was Me last Imagine Dragons Hear You Me by Jimmy Eat World (it's about some people who died) Cautioners by Jimmy Eat World My Sundown by Jimmy Eat World Drugs Or Me by Jimmy Eat World Hurt by Johnny Cash/Nine Inch Nails Blackout by Muse Soldier's Poem by Muse Hoodoo by Muse Falling Down by Muse (it's about their town telling them they couldn't be musicians) Escape by Muse (it's about family relationships, father and mother fighting, etc)

And some more, ran out of comment space Explorers by Muse Ordinary Human by OneRepublic Au Revoir by OneRepublic Lullaby by OneRepublic Gotten by Slash ft. Adam Levine (about an abusive parent, not love if it seems that way) Snuff by Slipknot (not that heavy) Where Do My Bluebirds Fly by The Tallest Man on Earth Back To A Reason by Trans-Siberian Orchestra Ornament by Trans-Siberian Orchestra Old City Bar by Trans-Siberian Orchestra Invisible by U2 Devil May Cry by The Weekend One Minute More by Capital Cities Iscariot by WALK THE MOON The Liftaway by WALK THE MOON The Ballad of Sebastian Jackson by WALK THE MOON Lonely is a Lifetime by The Wild Feathers Unsteady by the X Ambassadors Litost by X Ambassadors (idk what this ones about) Unconsolable by X Ambassadors (or this one) And if my band ever gets going well make tons of depressing songs that aren't about love! Lovely right?!

Right when the song starts playing I start to cry. This song really wasn't connected to anything special in my life, but there must be something I don't know about. Love this song.

story of my life right now, now and days its a huge problem to love with all your heart because somebody already fucked over the person you love.

I have no idea it anyone will even care about this But it's just a story that could go with this song and I really love this song And who knows maybe some are going through my problem too There was this girl She was so sweet an to this day I'm still a loser But yet somehow her coffee stained brown eyes saw me and she actually liked me I had no idea, but even though I was somewhat in denial with her and that statement she proved it to me But she seemed nice and had a hidden dark side She meant no harm and she means no trouble But after weeks of talking the next day she said she liked and dated this other guy But it was a long distance so they never really dated in life Probably less then 5 days if face to face Well she said before she gets into a relationship with me, she wanted to try that guy again since he moved to my area I feel so torn and she didn't mean to play me But again that hidden dark side makes me wonder How strung out I am I have no idea what's true or false But she still likes me? I have no idea what she wants but if you are someone who is going through this situation know you're not alone and if you're here for reading your all ok in my book She is just now my best friend

Dont let someone string you along, if they dont care enough about you to worry about how their actions affect your feelings then they are not worth your time.

Carl Smith Well here is my advice: Wait until they break up. They will, I can almost guarantee. Then she'll be wide open as long as she was the one to do the dumping, if not, give time, but either way...I really hope things work out for you. ;)

Carl Smith I also suppose Little Lion Man would go nicely on her end.

I guess thanks for the advice I'm not one to immediately take advantage of a situation but I see your point And I felt traded not really dumped but again I got your memo Thanks… It still hurts but nobody can control others actions

I still think this is one of the best songs they ever made "Tell me now, where was my fault in loving you with my whole heart" I think that can resonate with all of us at some point in life

I love the lines: a white blank page and a swelling rage, rage. You did not think when you sent me to the brink, to the brink. You desired my attention, but denied my affections, my affections. I also love "tell me now where was my fault in loving you with my whole heart."
