i remember listening to this song 7 years ago on my last day of 7th grade, and i fucked with it so heavy. I didn't even know what the lyrics meant at the time but the atmosphere it created was dreamlike and intimate, and captured my younger selfs imagination. fast forward to now and this song suddenly popped in my head tonight, couldn't even remember what it was called but thankfully i found it and fuck. I relate to every line of this song and couldn't think of a better time in my life to rediscover it. I can actually understand it now and its even better than the first time i listened to it.

It's not about understanding, you're not condemned for understanding or not understanding. You're rewarded for trying, for believing. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.Proverbs 3:5. I don't want to be preachy but i would just hate to see someone like you fail. Don't try to understand..give yourself to him.. pray to him (your faults, fears, what you want, everything) and simply ask him to come into your life. What's wrong with knowing that if he is real then you will go to heaven for enduring pain on earth.

I know. I'm terribly afraid of death because nobody knows FOR SURE what happens after we die. People have beliefs, but it's not like anyone's come back to tell us. But I choose to believe there's something bigger than myself out there, whether it's God or gods or the universe or karma or just the love people have for one another. I feel that I was put on this earth to help other people, and doing good for others is my 'religion'. It's a constant, something I have absolute faith is right and good, and something that I believe transcends race, class, religion, or any other lines in society. If you have trouble finding a religion that suits your beliefs and helps you, don't be afraid to believe in something that's not a religion. It's taken me years to figure this out, and I hope sharing it with you brings you some peace of mind.

Madalina Mocanu I think that I used powerpoint to make the slides, and then used imovie to add the music. By now, there is peobably an easier way to make lyric videos. I haven't done any since this one.
