Muncie is not as nice as you think Ball State has driven up the cost of housing and the school system sucks bad. If you do move to Muncie then move to the North West side. It is nothing like what it used to be and its so sad to see that all gone now.

One is struck with the thought that if Muncie's well- constructed buildings were somehow razed tomorrow, they would likely never be re-built. What did Americans of the past have that we seemingly lack now?

Muncie is kind of hot or cold to some ppl. I moved away from the shenanigans of the east coast and when I watch your video and see one of those crazed virtual signal flags in a business, I have to think that this is a battleground city, politically and I moved away from that.
