Let's talk about the Happiness Baseline. In this video, I talk about two phycological studies that I've been thinking about a lot recently. These days with inflation rising, life never fulling going back to "normal" after covid, and the unavoidable steamroller of aging, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos of it all. My hope this with video is to present some evidence and suggestions for making happiness not an afterthought of your day, but something you can sink into throughout your day.
