I feel like a lot of us struggle with giving ourselves permission to engage with our special interests. I know I have a lot of conversations with myself about, I’m an adult why am I still so invested in this topic? But it’s nice to know I’m not the only one that has that conversation. yeah i feel like it's a big work in progress for me (and a lot of us!) to undo a lot of the things we may have been told when younger and all the feelings that come alongside that. i'm glad you were encouraged by me talking about this stuff :-)

the feeling is mutual! with the old notebooks, i figured they're going to be more useful to me in the planner than gathering dust on my shelf. this being said i have a a6 hon that i didn't utilising fully this year sat on the shelf. it's occurred to me to take pages from that (day pages and white out the dates) but part of me is still reticent haha
