@@speckisgood1133 Yeah 500nm of torque from what is basically just off idle. V8 heads will never understand.. I had the WG 4.7HO overland and it dropped a valve seat; killed engine - The Hemi has just been put up as a class action law suit for its issues. My 3 litre Merc diesel on the WH has been flawless over 30,000kms and now sitting at 294,000 on the clock.

Even by todays standards, this older QD2 is perhaps the best 4WD system from factory in any car beside fully manually locked ones. Kinda sad that Jeep stopped making them this good.

Had one of these QD2 wk1 5.7 lifted 2in old man EMU jba upper control arms. I want a newer wk2 but can't find any qd2...

Those older grand Cherokee with FRONT and rear ELSD are the best. The newer one no longer have the a front elsd and the difference is noticeable. Plus the new ones have airbag suspension making a lift kit out of the question for anyone but a millionaire.

WK's are more street oriented. They also come with Hemi engines.

You can lift the air ride WK2. 1) turn the dial up. 2) fool the sensor (kit) 3) convert to coil springs (kit)

What year truck is this? i assume its the 2005-2010 because of the locking front diff. 2011 and up took a HUGE HIT with the loss of front lockers

WHY DANA 44 IS THE BOSS PERIOD THE ZJ WAS THE BEAST WHEN THE 4.0 PUTTINGOUT 258 LBS OF TORQUE 3200 RPM MORE THAN THE 5.7 !!!THE STRESS WAS ON THE AXLE SHAFT ,DUE TO THE C TYPE DESIGN INSTEAD OF SPLINES LIKE MOST DIFFS,DANA MADE IN THE U.S.A. THATS WHY THEY LAST!!THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR 117 YEARS ,THAT SAYS IT ALL!!
