The Time Keeper is an ancient being. When the First Guardians of the Sun & Moon came along, the Time Keeper, with the assistance of the Clock Builders, created The World Clock on North Pole of the Planet (Opposite of what is viewed in the movie). The world clock has It’s Second Hand, which is the arrow that spins around every Second, the Minute Hand that goes around every Minute, The Hour hand that Goes Around Every Hour, the 12 Hour hand that makes a Rotation Every Hour, and finally, the Day Hand which is Outside of all the other hands, which rotates once every time the Moon and Sun make a Full rotation and the hand hits the 0 Longitude.
