PSY is in-fact the Gangnam Style artist. Suga is one of BTS main producers and he producers for other artists as well. You should definitely check out his solo mixtapes they are a lot more serious than this he goes by Agust D for his personal solo work. I recommend his self title track From his first mixtape “Agust D” and “Daechwita” from his second. Both have music videos and if you like rap you will definitely like them he is amazing.

@@Risktakerjodi Suga's verse is translated in a simplest way.. regardless appreciated it.. wondering what Suga said at 1:46 and 1:57 in the MV ?.. it's 'neaga' a common korean word for ' I am/me ' naega” or “내가” Means “I” in Korean, “niga” or “니가” Means “You” in Korean For example, a BTS lyric is “nasseolda hane niga joahadeon naro byeonan naega ”, in English this would translate to “You say I’m strange when I changed into the person you liked” (ref : fake love MV) Also korean language is one of the most oldest language on this planet that still exists..so don't mix it up with the n word guys..

PSY went to Boston University to study business but left to pursue music because it overshadowed his desire to study business. He speaks English and comes from a well off family. Suga grew up really poor and had to secretly work a second job when he was a trainee for BTS. Got hit by a car and didnt tellt he agency because u werent allowed to work a side job, but good thing HYBE/big hit took care of him and he was able to continue. His parents didnt want him pursuing music, with the fear of him living a poor life like they did. but he was successful, and his parents showed up at his BTS concerts. thers A LOT behind these two artists.

Heya, I loved your reaction. His name is SUGA, as in sugar, but drop the R at the end when saying it. Shooo-ga. (His name came from the first syllables in the position he played in basketball (SHOOting GuArd). He was an underground producer and rapper before joining as the 2nd member of BTS (which was originally meant to be a hip hop group). BTS wear A LOT of supreme, honestly with all the free promo they have been giving Supreme over the years, they should have gotten paid xD Would recommend his solo work, he uses the name Agust D for his solo work outside of BTS (SUGA DT backwards, DT being Daegu Town, his hometown and the name of the hip hop crew he was a member of when he was underground). Agust D - Agust D and then Agust D - Daechwita, as there is kinda a MV connection =)

You should check out more of Suga's solo stuff as well as BTS music. Suga releases his solo rap music under the name Agust D. BTS started off as a hip hop group and there are 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. They do nearly all genres of music and started off as a hip hop group.

Suga also has solo material under the name Agust D. His D2 mixtape is one of the best Hip-Hop albums of the last 10 years. Anywhere. Anytime I run into people who fall for the stereotypes about Kpop and Korean music I play them "The Last" and watch them do a 180 lol. Loved your raw reaction!! You should definitely get to know Suga's work (solo) and even in BTS. In fact, check out the entire rapline of BTS. There are 3 rappers in BTS. Suga (aka August D for solo work) he produces and writes many of their songs, RM (Rap Monster) the leader and main writer of their music, and J-Hope, the group's dance leader, a writer and subvocalist. Each of them has awesome solo work as well and rap songs together. Their work touches on deep personal and societal issues and is absolute fire. The vocal line is awesome too but don't want to overwhelm you.
