Initially I thought the same but he does have weapons and attributes to give Canelo problems. With his style, if Canelo doesn’t hurt him I can see him winning a lot of rounds

I believe this is Munguia’s time . Most people are talking about the level of competition and that’s the excuse for there pick. But they would probably pick Canelo regardless of his opponents competition. I look at Munguia and I see a very talented 27 year old, who is strong, hungry, and eager to be recognized as one of the best the sport has to offer. I think people are not recognizing what he brings to this fight and how competitive he will be. I’m picking him to defeat Canelo. And he may even tko/ ko him.

To your point Munguia does bring a lot that could trouble Canelo but he also does have holes in his game. Holes that Canelo can exploit. I think it’ll be a great fight and I really think Munguia will have 1 judge scoring the fight for him

Munguia shocks the world, and knocks out Canelo Munguia will pressure Canelo like Bival did, and take away Canelo power. Munguia Time! This fight is a fight to pass the torch to Munguia. Canelo is gonna be exposed by Munguia, I think Munguia can take Canelo punches and Munguia shocks the world!

Now there’s a Munguia believer! Idk about a knockout but I can picture a decision victory I was gonna expand on the Bivol-Munguia comparisons but Bivol is just levels above Munguia so I didnt bother. Bivol was able to apply that much pressure because of a lot of different factors and idt Munguia has the skills, techniques, discipline, IQ and size to see the same kind of success against Canelo. Bivol ate some shots in that fight too, we have to see if Munguia can handle the power But overall I wouldn’t be mad if Munguia won. Good luck to him

There is something, that I don,t like about Canelo. When talk on TV, he talk shit. I know he made a mistake, to fight bibol in another peso. Different peso, can be against U. I want Munguia to wen this fight. He deserved. Good luck amen.

Munguia seems humble enough and with his fighting style he’d make for exciting fights in the future. It wouldn’t be a bad thing if he won 👍
