On your sage advice, I have the Hazy kit sitting at home for me, ready to be brewed next week. Expectations are high. I've also opted for the West Coast kit. It comes in at a whopping 7%, demanding a little respect and restraint if possible! Best wishes to you both and happy brewing.

I knocked up one of these Hazy kits a few weeks ago. I am very impressed after just eight days in the bottle. As for Doom Bar. I remember trying this on cask around 6 or 7 years ago and it was gorgeous. Fast forward to summer 2021 and I was given a can of the stuff to drink. The best thing I can say about it is that it looked and tasted like cold tea from yesterday's teapot. Cheers, boys.

I tell you what, the boys at Muntons must be very proud after that review, mind you you give most of their brews a good review, love your videos and cant get enough of them, i must say after your St Peters Ruby Red review i mortgaged my house and bought a kit, cant wait to put it down, living in Brisbane Australia we dont really have much of a choice, Coopers being the major kit producer. anyway keep up the great work

Thanks lads , a little pricey but look like they are worth the money !! And after a quick look online, already sold out on some sites. Luckily I've got a couple of mangrove jack's kits in stock to keep me going ! So hopefully when they are back in stock they'll be the freshest kit's available. I always like to order the first of a new batch rather than the last of the old batch !👍👍 Footnote: I think it might be a good idea to make my mangrove jack's kits short at 35 pints !

Hi guys, thanks for the very nice videos! Do you treat the water with anyting else than Pure Brew? I just did the same kit and it ended up very bitter/sharp. Color is good and I use pressure fermenting (low psi) and closed transfer so oxygen exposure should not be a problem. Cheers!

In that case you what to keg you brew into a corny keg,I use a mixed pub gas from boc online,if you go for mixed gas you'll need a mixed gas regulator ,try rbls for that, you'll, a gas and beer ball lock fittings some pipe work and some john guest fittings but am guessing you'll have some of that stuff,

@@beerkitreviewspartridge1083 many thanks for the reply 😁!! I tried a bottle after 3 weeks of conditioning and it tasted a bit too bitter for my liking. I read that bitterness can be associated with beer that's too young so I'm hoping that will improve as it ages. Cheers!!
