Just say your 2nd input is , 1 & -1 nd now when you calculate Yin i.e b+X1W1+X2W2 = 1+ (1*1) + (-1*1)=1 but for you Yin is 2 so it will change the whole data right ?

Just a quick ques - Why do we have the column of b (3rd column) with all 1? - as currently we are using the value of b from the last column calculated for each row.

In this we are checking ->our output is equal to the expected output or not..!! And b is bias as you are saying ->We are using b from last... Dear if our requirement will not meat to the expected outpur then we should have to update the bias and weight!! This is the concept. And i would suggest u to (plz)check one more time my hebb rule video!!😊 Then you will clear why i taken b column.. And one more thing first b column shows b has unit value..!!
