Great "rant"! Unfortunately there are people who wake up in the morning and immediately get on line to search for something that offends them. However, at the time of writing over fifteen thousand people seem to think you are doing something right. Personally, as a bloke considering wild camping, I've trawled through youtube watching hundreds of videos. Most channels are not for me so I leave no trace and move on to the next. There are five or six I thoroughly enjoy for differing reasons and your excellent output is among them. Good darts Sir!

Looked a great camp and I'm glad someone is getting some nice weather it's shocking up here.ive stopped using my sea to summit xmug and switched to a gsi thermal 1 it's great keeps coffee hot for ages and I can have a wander about with it without spilling it a lot bigger to pack tho but I'm ok with that

Evening Mike! Another gorgeous, scenic vid! I love my Brewdog IPA when camping.. oh and the trusty whiskey hip flask! 😇 You always get some, see you next Tuesday, on here, they should just jog on and get a life of their own tbh! I cannot believe you forgot a chair.. I hate sitting on the floor as I'm knocking on a bit and get a numb bum! Tent looks bomb proof, I take my Hilleburg Soulo with me all the time as I just love its size, also use a tarp 5 over the top, as always seems to rain when I camp. great to see your footage again. 🙂

If you like big noodle pots, have you seen Shin cups? Found in b&m's or home bargains next to the murdered squirrel aisle maybe. They're lovely, especially if you like spicy. (Shin cups not murdered squirrels.) I like soba but rates these highly. I have the soto as well as a friend and we both managed to melt the lids, they're great kit but the lids melt very easily. Anyway, keep up the poor work for Jones, it'll make him feel better about himself if he can pick your videos apart. 👍

Cheers buddy. Not had it in the rain yet but to be honest they're all made of the same type of material so will sound similar and doesn't need to be as tight as I had it. I'd only have it that tight in high winds but if it rained as well it wouldn't be as noisy as if it was loose and flappy. 👍

I'd love to do whw or something similar multi day but don't really get the time. I sneak off in the week while working generally but my spare time is spent with family as much as possible plus I'd have to lose holidays for it too and that wouldn't be allowed 😂 Maybe one week I can book several customer visits along the West Highland way over a few days 🤔🤣

I haven’t reached further than a few minutes into the film yet, but I am surprised that a man of your height manages to fit well into any Fjällraven tents. To be fair, I havent tried it myself, but have always been under the impression that most tents, and especially tunnel tents, with a 220 cm length are a tad short for us 190 cm+ guys. I guess the questions are, if you don’t mind, am I wrong or have you found a solution the the «problem»? I guess if there are room, you can lay diagonal or something like that, but how much does that impact the amount of available space and your level of comfort? I’m not british, so I do apologize for any spelling or grammar error 😊

Hi. No probs on the questions and you grammar is fine. Better than mine in any other language for sure. With my head right at the door, my toes just touch the inner at the end laying straight however I generally end up phoetal or on my front and the my toes are pointing down toward the longer section. 220cm is generally too short for me when both ends are angled from the tent outer. Ideal would be squared verticals at both ends. I do love this tent though specially the vestibule. Loads of room. Another point is when getting out with no shoes on, you can actually stand up fully in the entrance with your feet on the footprint and then skip your feet into your boots standing rather than struggling to get them on cramped in the doorway like lost tents and then having to reverse out. It really is hard to find a fault with this tent other than making it a kilo loghter. 👌👍
