If that was truly the case, he would've also attacked horror and insanity (albeit, horror would survive), but insanity isn't immortal, he just has infinite stamina. Eventually he might get hit.

Phase 3 is gonna be curious, Are they gonna fuse or are they pulling a Murder Time Backwards and fight till they die? Killer's LV has highly incresed since he finished off Dust, gaining his power Horror is not having a skill issue so thats nice And Insanity be peak

I elect one of them (probably Horror since he’s the team leader here) absorb Killer!Chara’s soul, since a monster that has absorbed a human’s soul is basically a demigod. (Not on par with a monster with 7 souls, but I don’t think MTT have access to the other 6 here)
