As someone with a neurological disease loud music is so painful. It's nice when people lower their volumes for me but at the same time I don't purposely place myself near people that are doing it also. If i have no choice I just explain my disabilities especially if it's just for a few minutes it can send me to the hospital. If they're still obnoxious after that I just report them if the noise ordinance laws of the location qualify. It's not hard to be kind to others though. Violence is never the answer. The teenagers didn't even seem bad & definitely didn't deserve this. Extremely uncalled for.

As an adult he should know better, however I believe he shot at the car not over the loud music but because of the disrespect.
