The mythic is not commander only, but it comes in the prerelease and you cannot use it for building the deck

You can't use the mythic commander you get in the prerelease for building the 40 card deck (:

Its been the same at the last few prerelease I've been to - either you get a promo or some kind of unique commander card. The staff is always kind enough to remind you that those cards can't be used - only the pack cards and the rare/mythic extra card. Also in this set, you get 1 of 3 special legendary mythical, that can only be found as the top card in pre-release 😊

You can use the list cards at prerelease. Syr Konrad is actually on the list, which is a crazy good card to begin with but becomes even better with the collect evidence, graveyard recursion and other things in this set.

I would probably build a three color deck with green, black, and red to use both duel color lands from the packs and use the mole and as many disguised as possible in my 3 colors to grow the mole!

The more I watch this I am thinking I may want to do a 4 color deck of white, green, red, and black to have 6 removal cards and run as many detectives as I have to try to solve the white case to make additional clues whenever I create a token or make it mainly white, red, black with a splash of green just depends on how many white and green cards I decide to include in the final build!

I don't know if it would be worth it but i would consider splashing in a little white to use Sumala sentry to possibly grow my disguise creatures when i flip them face up! Also if i splashed white i could get 1 more additional removal with makeshift binding!

For Doppelgäng, you get X copies of X targets. So if X is 3, you get 3 copies each of 3 targets. And so on…

I know that it would be quite the mana sink but I would like to use magnifying glass to create a lot of clues to sacrifice to possibly grow the magnetic snuffler as my second biggest and best creature in the deck! My best would probably be crowd-control warden since the more creatures i control the more +1/+1 counters it would get when flipped since i would have to cast it face down and flip it for 2 green and 3 colorless mana unless i splash a few white mana so i don't have to pay 8 mana to cast it face down and flip it right away or wait until the next turn to flip it for 5 mana!

So with the green, black, and red deck i would run would give me 4 removal cards in the deck!

idk, the deck depends 100% on the commons/uncommons in limited. you can use any cards you open in your packs but you cannot use the second promo you get.
