Murgh chanay Very simple and easy to make . No tomatoes no yogurt .
Ingredients:
Ghee/Oil 1/2cup ( i added both in half half quantity)
Fried onion 1/2 cup ( I big onion)
Ginger 1inch piece
Garlic 8
Green chillies 4
Badiyan phool 1
Bari elaichi sabut 1
Salt 1.5tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2tsp
Haldi 1/4tsp
Dhaniya powder 1tsp
Zeera roasted crushed 1tsp
Kali mirch crushed 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Ajinomoto/Chicken powder /Chicken Cube 1/2tsp (optional)
Chicken 1/2kg
Boiled chickpeas 1cup
