There's a touching anecdote about the V2 lightsticks. It's made so bright purposefully because S.Coups wants Carats to be able to use them as a flashlight on their way home from concerts. He said he wants Carats to be able to go home safely. And then, there actually was a Carat whose life was saved because of the lightstick! During a big flooding, the Carat was quickly noticed by rescue teams because the light was so bright :D

And what funny is Jeonghan was the mastermind. He made a group chat without Gyu during the 2nd day of the concert and told everyone to do the original choreo. They have no time to talk about it in person since they're with Gyu all the time so during Left&Right, members are exchanging looks and Hoshi keeps reminding everyone with a little clap. He and Cheol even messed up the choreo near end since they're looking for Gyu's reaction. Poor Mingyu 😭

just so you get a bit of context about kkuma being s.coups "daughter" and not just "a family pet" like the other members have is because it's literally like that, he treats her like his daughter hahah he even moved in with his brother to take proper care of her. she's our little spoiled princess uwu

An interesting fun fact about seventeen members would be how their personalities is kinda related to their family. S.Coups - although being oldest in the group is the maknae in his family with an older brother so he has a lot of natural aegyo and can be very childish at times Dino - although the youngest in the group is the oldest sibling at home. Feels the most mature in many situations and members joke that he feels like a boomer sometimes BSS - the most chaotic and noisy members all happen to have an older sister

Funny you point out that they should put the rings on a necklace because their merchandise for their sixth anniversary was a necklace with a tiny ring hanging from it. Each member designed a little pendant which you could buy separately. I got Vernon's 🥹🩷💎

do you know that there are lots of carats who feel bad because they got to know seventeen and became a fan so late? i was one of them. but someone said this “you didn't stan seventeen late, you just met them when you needed them the most.". and you know what? they're right. i did find them when i need them the most. 2019 and 2020 i was going through lots of stress, pressure and i became a carat in the beginning of 2020, though it was still so hard, they became an encouragement for me to keep going. and it's not only because of seventeen but also the carat community. i gained a big family that always there for me. i have known seventeen for a long time since i was still a newbie to the kpop industry. my really first time got have the group's name stay in my head just like any other kpop groups is 2017 when i'm still a wannable - fan of wanna one looking up mama 2017 and knowing that they were one of the group that attended too. but i wasn't a fan at all. to be honest, i tried once to look them up but still couldn't grow any interest for them. but now look at me, they are my last kpop group and i had never stanned a group this long before, and i know that i will be here supporting them forever. i know all their songs. i don't love them just because of their visuals but also their self-producing title, their dancing, their vocals, their raps, their dedication and their songs really always have a big place in my heart through different meanings, stories that they delivered to us. i don't stan them to imagine them be angels or have superior good talents but because of their true abilities, the technique that they got through many hardship. and i respect that. i see them improving through time, experiencing bad times, laugh in happy memories and sincerely happy for them. i'm proud to be a carat. 20230917

Excited to join your journey to learning more about Seventeen. I am a baby carat. I saw my first Kpop concert and it was Seventeen, it was almost a year ago this month… their world tour Be The Sun 2022. It was a fun, an energetic and lively concert. My daughters are into Kpop. I was a driver to the concert and then became a baby Carat fan after the concert. A lot of the members caught my eye and their beautiful music was my very first time hearing them. I really didn’t get into them until I saw Going Seventeen. I laughed soo much and had to know each members. Confused and some looked alike. I then started watching MV and old contents that my daughters told me to watch. Watch One Fine Day. Also on Apple Music, I just finished listening to Summer Vacation Radio Show with Joshua and Vernon of Seventeen (4 episodes). This is the most I wrote in a comment. We have watched game caters x svt / hybe x game caterers already . Now we have been watching going seventeen 2017 and 2019 at the same time we're trying to meet in the middle with them. So it's like we watch old and newer kinda . We also are watching svt in the soop s1 we have watched 2 episodes + behinds already and tonight we are watching episode 3 + behinds. We also want to get into some live stages for sure that will get blocked here. Sorry If I typed alot but that's what we are doing. The month of August and from here on out going svt is every Monday, and in the soop every tuesday. Then we will switch in the soop to something else they did when it's done

gosh i agree with so so many things you said in the vid and im so happy to join your journey getting into svt. the v2 lightstick you have is much more beautiful, carats actually boycotted the v3 because they stripped us of the iconic fandom colors and the diamond shape (you can see the shade in the vid too they just threw in the pic 😅) the reason you might think they recently resigned is because the resign anniversary is on July 19th so carats retweeted and reshared the resign announcement. it's really a "you had to be there" moment for the fandom bc as you said, being 13 members with multiple foreigners, negotiating a contract is extremely hard (they talked abt the process during a show, it took abt 1 year and was not easy at all. normally each member would go in to talk privately with the company but they insisted that all 13 sat down to negotiate together so that they can understand each others' wishes and everyone was fiercely protective of the group) i can't wait for you to check out more going seventeen (the 2019 eps you are watching now is actually more of the behind vlogs style and not the variety show that gose is today. i still rec that but really looking forward to when you watch gose 2020-now, if it got too much pls ask carats for recommendation our fav thing to do is showing ppl which gose eps are must-watch) also in the soop , their caratland and concerts are top tier too. thank you again for this reaction 💖

Wonwoo isn't my bias, but I love him to pieces. He had a difficult 2022, but he's come through shining. I saw the change begin after he lost his mother in April. He came out with a single (cover) in August 2022 named "Knees", a song in memory of his mother. (If it doesn't make you cry, I don't know what will! kzbin.info/www/bejne/lX-biJuFoc-detk) He started modeling, doing photo shoots, and recently released a 3-part series titled "Wonwoo's Mindset Collection", where he gives Carats advice based upon personal experience on how to deal with life. That collection came out at a time when *I* was going through a very difficult time this year, and I have to say...he helped me keep going. It's always those who have experienced the greatest loss and heartbreak that shine the brightest lights to others in their own dark nights. LOVE Wonwoo. He's come a long way, and he's going to keep going!

I have a feeling as Cait her bias are gonna be Wonwoo, DK and Seungkwan just based on her reactions. Wonwoo and DK are considered twins because you can mistake them for each other sometimes and they are both such sweethearts. While Wonwoo is "cold" looking he is very soft and DK is such a ray of sunshine that is so comfortable being himself and goofy. When I first got to know Seventeen, the last people I got down was Wonwoo and DK bc of their similarites in looks sometimes that confused me. Seungkwan is just so funny and a sweetheart too, hes so naturally funny and personable to watch like he is so relatable in his reactions.

Joshua and Jeonghan idk I got them down pretty fast, I have no idea why it was wonwoo and dk. I don't remember but I think I saw photos of them and in certain lights it's hard to distinguishe them but in going seventeen or any show, you can see their personalities and it's easier to figure them out. I was used to bigger groups bc I knew Super Junior before this so I'm used to memorizing bigger groups and don't mind memorizing members. NCT is a whole other beast lol that's a lot to remember. I only know some of them or just 1 or 2 units that's it.

Svt is the self producing idol in whole kpop world. When you search the word sincronized, sorry if wrong spelling, 😊😊 anyway, SEVENTEEN is the best example google will give you. They are the KING of Sincronization that even google approved it. I think google is one of the carats. 😅😅😅😅

7:40 i don't like it either, it's Hybe's influence. They completely changed SVT's diamond and rose quartz and serenity concept and most Carats including myself are really annoyed. What i find even more annoying is that the Caratbong box is rose quartz and serenity but the lightstick is all black...it just makes no sense to me, sorry. And black has been more predominant in SVT's merch now, before Hybe it was always their official colors 😖 I respect other people's opinions though but definitely not for me 21:54 thank you very much for doing it that way because many times it makes me very sad to see that some reactors make only one video per group and it takes them more than a month to make another video about that group again. I think a lot of these groups deserve to be known more personally and deeper so I really appreciate that you decided to do it that way.
