A serious suggestion to the hosting officials. Practice. Go through different scenarios to be prepared. What we saw here is the opposite of well prepared. And why not have a second measuring rod to get things going smoothly and to give equal possibilities to all the athletes.

I agree with you 100%. If they can't do that SIMPLE JOB, they all need to go back to 3rd grade and learn how to count. Plus that measuring stick is a idiotic way of checking the height anyway.

A telescopic height measure is a very accurate device for checking the height, it appears to me the issue is the judges not being competent in using the device.
