I always wear safety glasses but have earth magnets glued to the sides so that any metal that happens to shoot in my direction doesn’t bounce in behind the safety glass it’s captured by the earth magnet

Great series. I'd love to see a similar project, but done with only hand tools, not all the awesome, jumbo, power tools that none of us has.

whats a good tig welder to get ?...hobarts and lincolns are popular but are the new ones any good?....I dont like those that dont have the infinate adjustable heat selection knobs. (click on one of seven(or so) heats) and I dont like scratch start welders...probably cause i dont tig a lot...I have an old mig that is awesome with spot ,stitch and continuos modes and infinite heat and wire speed..
