The confusion about his sex comes from his own legend where he dresses as a woman and fool his enemies and kills everybody when they guards are low, you can hear this moment when Iori enters Takeru´s mind

But this is Fate, so fore all we know here Takeru realy could be a girl, if only because of the confusion caused by his legend. After all if humans beliving Salieri hates Mozart can genuenly make him hate Mozart then human belive can turn somone that crosdressed legit into a woman.

Musashi literally has the best design of any fate servant...which is honestly a very difficult and bold statement considering how god tier the designs are for many of the other servants. But man, the design on Musashi goes hard no matter what class she is.

Just to notice, Takeru isn't bathing with Musashi. Seeing that thing and looking at some hints from Samurai Remnant we can definitely say that Takeru's a man (it's even gender unknown like Astolfo)
