@@scarlxrd2240 Let's say for arguments sake there's no such thing as magic. I disagree, but let's just put that aside for now. This is basically advanced biology and biomechanics. This works the same way exercise works, because no matter what you do, whether you're exercising or thinking of answers to question on a test. Every action we take good or bad starts with the brain. The brain is basically an organic CPU which controls other functions. When exercising it controls how much endorphins it must produce to regulate pain and soreness one gets from exercise and how much muscle cells need to be produced when recovering from a workout. All of these moments, are programmed by this CPU. So where do you think that programming comes from? These sounds, basically are like a hacker program for the mind and they introduce a different way of programming it by changing the way the brain handles cell growth and how it handles pain from new muscles.

AntiFungalCream1 I'm sorry but you didn't put on 40lbs in a month, that is impossible. And your body would not be able to develop and grow strong enough in the space of 2 weeks to improve your Pb bench by 60lbs, unless you simply weren't trying hard enough before. We all know this video works there's no need to over exaggerate its effectiveness.
@CraigPembertonMusic10 жыл бұрын
AntiFungalCream1 I'm not here to disagree with your philosophy but don't state that I know nothing when I in fact have studied growing stronger physically, mentally and spiritually for years. Perhaps your theory is correct but I personally do not believe that such a rapid increase could occur unless you were popping HGH pills and injecting steroids. If I'm wrong and it does work then why has it not gone mainstream and why do bodybuilders such as Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman and so many others not use this method of putting on mass? And don't tell me its because they don't try it because they do take HGH pills and use roids.
@TotalPlaya8er10 жыл бұрын
***** Bro don't come claiming on shrugs lol that's silly. If you are trying to talk about strength and power then you should talk about dead-lifts, squats, bench press, military press, cleans, push press, jerk, incline bench, sitting should press, and last but not least snatch. Now this is all lifting power with a certain technique being used and a certain ROM established to hit. I hope I could train you in lifting, unfortunately through the web it is quite complicated. BTW I'm a Power-lifter and I weigh in the 290s. I have power-lifted since 17 and have trained with Scot Mendelson in his team and have broken an American Record Deadlift and some state records at the age of 17.

@coreyburns142410 жыл бұрын
sfrisenette Muscle growth beyond normal requires resistance. i.e. you must work out... This tone simply stimulates your brain to release hormones that are conducive to muscle growth. These tones could make you a little stronger due to increased testosterone, but if you want to be bigger, you must do the work. No magic pill here.

@@perfectusernameforthis i think everyone is capable , some it just comes naturally to, others have to develop it like a skill, some achieve it thru religious dogma. It's basically oscillation of your body and focusing the resulting waves toward a desired location. Start out on a minor injury you may have sustained. Pour concentrated thoughts of healing on that area. Visual imagery, recall of learned anatomy and cellular biology, foreseeing a positive outcome. Build up the energy, yet be in a relaxed mental state. you should be able to detect a slight acceleration of the healing process. for instance a minor cut closes as you watch, or inflammation in a joint is visibly reduces as you think about it. Once you see the results that occur by conscious thought, you can build it up as a skill.

Thomas Sund placebo effect is the go to argument when people have no other point to use..It is simply a cop out with little validity (in my opinion) . the problems I have with the placebo effect "argument" are these: 1. If it works for someone it works. You can quote as many "scientific" studies as you want (which by the way depending on the organization or personal agenda, those will be manipulated to support their argument, very hard to find unbiased studies on either side) but you CANNOT negate a person's own experience because you haven't had it. You can "prove" whatever you want but it is simply impossible to tell someone what they did or didn't experience was or wasn't real. There is no way any human can know that, and that thought alone equates to extreme arrogance and condescension I have found in my own personal experiences. 2. Having to "have an explanation for everything" is completely irrational within itself. there is so much of the world and universe that the most intellectually gifted scientists STILL do not know. there are millions of undiscovered plant and animal species, there are various illnesses that seem to appear and vanish without reason, so on and so forth. People try and explain everything because it is related back to ego, we feel that we understand something if we have "knowledge" or "proof". But how does one define such vague concepts? What does one KNOW? Is not most of what one knows a matter of opinion based off of "facts" or articles with facts or studies? 3. There are several reasons why things "cannot" be proven.....here's an example ...in the 1950's cigarettes were promoted as ACTUALLY being healthy and/or not bad for your health. I shit you not. As the years passed and more research was developed on the effects of nicotine scientists changed their mind. Then they came out with e-cigs and vapes because it was "healthier". Now scientists and doctors are saying they are just as dangerous because of the nicotine amounts. Sure their isn't harsh smoke going into your lungs, but the nicotine "juice" one uses to fill a vape can have ASTRONOMICALLY higher amounts of nicotine in it than a cigarette. Bottom Line: Live and let live. If you don't want to try something, then don't. But don't post some negative general statement discouraging people from trying something because YOU don't personally agree. Why do you care so much about what others do? If they're happy they're happy. I have not tried this particularly one but isochronic tones have helped me quite significantly over the months. I won't bother telling you how or why as by your statement it is obvious you would rather think you're "right" than actually step into self discovery or improvement. I don't bother trying to change people's minds as it's not my place. I advise you to do the same. You know just as little as all of us do, it's foolish to assume even for a moment that you have a "better" grasp than someone else.

I know this might sound as a really dumb question but... if i listen to this once a day (when i'm sleeping) and another track two times a day in 4-5 weeks, do i still have to exercise to see results? I am a small guy who wants to be just a little bigger.. (15 yo) I have very little body fat.

The HGH pretty much has no use if it doesn't recognized any stressed/torn muscle fibers. It needs to find something to aide in repairing. Workout your muscles at the gym, then use this as a "supplement" to support the growth of what you're focusing on.
