Unnatural Denis so need to get some more burgers in 😜😂. Training around 4 Years properly On about 4 Cycles throughout that and relatively low never above 1g weekly in total of substances. Will be jumping on stage, Approaching the end of this year being hopefully 90kg peeled on stage. Will take everything said on board and Ask Milos if he’ll take me on coming into the summer 🙏🤷‍♂️

Tom Platz was penalized for his legs being out of proportion to his upper body. If he'd reduced his quads a bit and added mass to his upper body he could have won the Olympia. Phil Hill was big everywhere, not just his legs. He had good balance from calves to thighs and upper body to lower body. I saw Phil Hill in person. Ramy's thighs were too big and his calves were too small. Bodybuilding used to be about balance and proportions. I'm glad to see Samson winning because as big as he is, he's balanced and has good proportions.
