This has quickly become one of my favourite podcasts, I really appreciate seeing and hearing the 90s guys, not because I think there better or anything but I started reading the magazines early to mid 90s and I remember all the characters, even Jimmy mentis, great interviews, thank you👍🏽

I met Jimmy Mentis in Venice in 2008 I had just competed in the CAL and just left Gold's and was on my way to The Firehouse, he recognized me from the show, I was a heavyweight, I placed 6th, almost made top 5 He told me that I looked good and had good conditioning He told me to hold in my gut when I'm on stage next time Some of the best advice I had ever got Thanks Jimmy Great podcast as usual guy's!

Chris keeps cutting people off 😂😂😂. The poor guy was talking about calves back in the day - Chris cut him off. Dennis brought back to the guest to talk about calves back in the day - Chris cut him off again to talk about food poisoning and completely changed the topic to food poisoning 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Keep posting those shots Milos ! I see those photos of you and the other guys and you were all part of the most talented and competitive time in bodybuilding when everyone had a unique physique ! I miss the physiques you guys had because you all had striations ! I loved striations and no one seems to have them today. I am not a fan of or a detractor of Krizo but he has striations that you don’t see in the open class today. I’m sure as he starts to learn the “secrets”of the IFBB pros those striations will disappear.

The fatal flaw in all bodybuilding classes is that all of the attributes of good bodybuilding (symmetry, shape, conditioning) are all really trying to give the illusion of...size. So, naturally, why not just add the real thing?
