There's pain in upper part of forearm if u touch it , it comes with heat and after about 2 hours , it disappears .. What does that mean ? Is this problem related to tendons or nerves ?

Sir looks like this needs some medical investigation like and X-ray, MRI, CT scan or some other investigation. The issue may be with any structure like tendon, ligament, any soft tissue etc.
