Could you please comment on whether Extensor Carpi Ulnaris has any flexion function? Is there attachment at the Accessory Carpal Bone?
@veterinaryanatomy4 жыл бұрын
You are totally right, the extensor carpi ulnaris flexes the carpus in the dog and at the same time supports extension, when the carpus is already in an extended position.

Thank you for such a good review of the antebrachial muscles and tendons, origins, insertions and functions. The Manica Flexoria is amazing allowing DDFT to move freely! You may please have another video for the nerves and important blood vessels of the antebrachium. I will wait or if you have it already in youtube, kinfly send me link. Very helpful video! Keep it up!

I am an old vet from Poland, but I enjoy watching and listening to your videos. Is there any chance that you could make a video about the fore and hind limbs of cattle?

Amazing video! I am a hand therapist and the similarities and differences between human and canine anatomy are fascinating. Your dissection skills are absolutely phenomenal. Just curious, do dogs have a supinator muscle in their forelimb, or do they rely on biceps brachii for that action?
@veterinaryanatomy3 жыл бұрын
Many thanks for your kind words Yes, dogs and cats have supinator and pronator muscles similar to human

Question, I thought ulnaris lateralis is the only Flexor muscle craniolaterally?
@john-d6h9k7 ай бұрын
All extensor muscles are present craniolaterally,while flexors exist caudomedially.
