@@LachieletlooseI've heard this before, but it's strange that they can produce hybrids (albeit sterile) with mallard ducks and similar. I've not heard of a muscovy-goose hybrid yet. Is there any possibility of that? EDIT: Now that I think about it, the hybrid thing isn't that unusual. A donkey doesn't have to be a horse to breed with one. Neither does a tiger with a lion. Still wondering if a goos-covy is possible, though.

Muscovy ducks are not a duck, they are from south America and Mexico,if they breed with other duck you well get a mule ,they dont quack,and thats the noise a drake will make and rhat the noise a female duck well make,they are a beautiful duck to me i love my muscovy, they like to roost in the trees they are from the swamps of South America in Mexico

No, they havnt grown to problem. They just want to take our food away. Good preparation for famine livestock. Plus lovely friendly birds. Do it all on their own Unlike chickens.
