Frailing - to become frail. It sounds good, and I completely understand what you mean, however it's not a word. The tendons fray. Fraying is the word you're going for. ❤❤ Love this new series!

I’m happy to hear you’re learning more about your body!!! Now you need to figure out whats causing the sinus headaches & how to prevent it. Do you do cardio exercise? That helps or maybe check out some dairy products causes sinus problems. Ok take care of yourself. I am good thanks and you said it right!!! Feliz Navidad!!! We should set up a zoom sometime!
