He doesn't say that, we all know Matt has a bit of a stutter when he speaks. He said "We've maybe come here more than any other country of the- of the planet" He sometimes repeats what he says twice, like when he says "I think- I think" and here he repeated "of the" twice, which does sound like "other" as he talks extreeemely fast

Well, I'm not English nor do I live in English-speaking country, I am 16 and have been learning English for about 11 years now(which most of the time was 2 lessons a week, each lasting one hour, excluding holidays) which after all is not that much and I don't find it difficult to understand him(most of the time that is).
