That solo gets me every time!!! It sounds so much better live than the studio version. Like always!!

Exogenesis symphony is a beautiful song by muse, I would say that it is their masterpiece. Listen to all three parts in one go.

Muse has the best range of songs that I love, but this one I completely adore. Was hooked the 1st time I heard it.

Underrated song imo, so glad you did the live version, however the video is definitely worth a watch for this song.

I think, musically, Invincible is one of my favourite songs by them. Let down by its lyrics though - bit silly.
@NanoLT3 жыл бұрын
Why is hope and motivation through struggle, silly?
@tmb88073 жыл бұрын
@@NanoLT It's not. These particular lyrics are just a bit cumbersome and not very poetic by Matt's standards IMO. I don't think it's a bad song though, don't get me wrong.
@froggobaggins33283 жыл бұрын
@@tmb8807 I must say you are wrong, Muse is not known for their strong lyrics anyway. To me it's refreshing. Through all the chaos, death, sadness, betrayal they sing in all his songs, this one is a bowl of fresh. It screms "Despite what's going on in your life, in the world, don't give up, you can be strong, together we can do it" and it's just beautiful
@tmb88073 жыл бұрын
@@froggobaggins3328 That's fine. Like I said, I do like the song. I just feel like Matt could've done a little better with the lyrics. I think lyrically he's at his best when he keeps it a bit more abstract.
@froggobaggins33283 жыл бұрын
@@tmb8807 But isn't lack of meaning a lazy way to give meaning to your lyrics? By that i mean, a song with no real message, where you can put whatever meaning on the lyrics are less intesting I think. I know matt tends to do that a lot, not a lot of his songs talk about personnal stuff ( except maybe a few on Showbiz and OoS) He kinda just write whatever he feels at the moment and often don't remember what his songs are about.
