Its sad that Madam Winnie Byanyima is experiencing this !!! Gen M7 shd rethink his position because regardless of all issues he may have against Dr Besigye he needs to remember their long journey they have travelled together (the three of them).Am sure this will open a new chapter for them and for Uganda as a country. Gen M7 knows how many times Dr Besigye saved him and how Winnie 's family stood by him when he was weak it's in that spirit that Gen M7 shd remember and make a new start in this situation.

What a wonderful submission madam Winnie, even it's very clear in the laws of Uganda. The suspect has a right to talk, see, communicate to his relatives, have lawyers, medication, bonded after 24 hrs and above all to be looked as innocent unless the court of law proves that he has a Case to answer as per the law establishes. The state of governance in Uganda is so worrying to Ugandans and global human rights advocates due to unhuman treatement, oppression, suppression and ruthless actions by Ugandan led regime.
