theory time!!! i believe the character now represents a person who has already committed suicide or has passed in someway, since in the beginning of the song it says their limbs have disconnected which could represent cutting. also, the screaming in 1:23 could represent that person's loved one screaming in sadness after discovering they have passed. They others to accept who they are through saying "You are enough because you were able to be born. You are alright." 2:21 might be when the first person commits suicide or dies (in jail if this is connected to "Color and Electricity") by telling themselves to "forget living and life".
