Love the video! I have never gone mushroom picking so I wanted to ask you; what is the latest month of the year that you can go picking in the winter? Is there any mushroom that you can pick if there is snow or it is really cold/freezing? Please let me know since I am learning a lot from your videos. Thank you!!

If you head down to Southeren Oregon on the Coast and Northern California Coast, maybe till January. 😃 Once the snow covers the ground and doesn't melt, the season is over. 😆

I have not been to Chemult since 2002 but those mountains have the best areas to pick matsutake. Do you mind telling me how much buyers are paying for #1 now?
