i got into boxing the last six months and tonight tried this type of bag for the first time at boxing gym. i was taught a mike tyson drill jab cross left hook body left hook head and practiced that a bit. i felt i was able to get the movement so much better than a heavy bag and that my style is this kind of fighting as opposed to the big heavy punches on a heavy bag. i think ill get one for at home i liked it that much

If you can only train with 1 bag, which bags do you prefer? Is it the mushroom bag? Because it seems works like banana bag

I train Muay Thai and am looking for a second bag - I already have a straight 5 ft heavy bag at home - to practice uppercuts, hooks, knees and clinching. Would you recommend this or the teardrop bag?

@Mike Stone I mainly want to work on clinch, elbows and uppercuts. I have a straight bag for everything else.

@Mathew Varghese I'm pretty sure this bag is 35 inches long.

Look into the fairtex angle heavy bag unfilled it’s great for Muay Thai but you have to fill it yourself

Is this bag good for kicks too and can you sprain your hands if you hit it wrong where it needs?
