i have been following you and reading your books and trying to the lifestyle for almost 1 year now. but i still find that i still continue to snack at night before bedtime. thats why i push my 1st meal GGS at lunch time 11pm. i always find myself hungry even after GGS and raw steel cut oats with avocado. then lunch big salad at 1pm then 6pm dinner kimchi and grains with fish or some of your vegan recipies . 930 snack either GGS or rice crackers then always end my bedtime eating with 2 fruits (apple or banana). pls help
