Mushroom Soup Recipe in Tamil | Kalan soup in tamil | Mixed Vegetable Soup Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make mushroom soup in Tamil ( Kalan Soup). We are also going to add a bunch of vegetables (corn, peas etc) to add more texture and dimension to the recipe. This recipe yields a smooth and creamy mushroom soup. This soup is so flavorful and is a delight to be enjoyed on rainy days and at evening time. Mushrooms are very nutritious and are packed with vitamin and micro-nutrients. In this soup we are going to saute the vegetables and season them well and then add it to the base of the soup. This way the vegetables are uniformly seasoned.

Before trying I thought “sothapidum” but after I prepared it I was like “am no more gonna order this soup at hotels “ 😋😋😋. Thank you for this recipe.
