The video is by far amazing but if you just listen to the music you can go into a different state! And the music controls were you are in the state. It can get massively intense(in a good way) and then mellow out. But you have to focus on the furthest beat/tone. Kinda like meditation. All the other sounds is like your mind running and not being by able to focus but once you focus on that one beat you start your journey. It’s trippy how it comes in stages. You become relaxed, your breathing changes, then you feel the air change and you feel a bit cold. Then you breathe through you nose and the labored breathing goes away. Your body will try to interfere but you have to focus. Wow just amazing. Last night I heard it back to back at least 4 times.

@@jamesmicheal2032 Yes It can. In fact the psy/nurse that told me had dyst. Told me most people know they have it after going tru a mayor depression. That's what happened To me. After that.. I went to the library and read on dysth. For the first time. It was like reading my autobiography. I wished I didn't go tru the mayor depression to find out what I had. It was bad. But I guess it was meant to be that way. Oh and i can fall into a mayor depression again. But since I know what I have, I'm trying To take control of my actions, of my life. But it hard since the mayor depression went tru left big economic problems. Which.. jejejeje brings me down more.

@Dubstep Kitten everybody have their own tolerance 1,5 g first time killed my ego lol I hated my friend when shrooms started to do this to me She said it would be only "deeper thinking about different problems" haha. However I avoided bad trip. It was only 20 minutes of light anxiety before seeing "The absolute " in myself. Good times.

Yesterday i had a really potent trip with mushrooms, i ate 1 gram, but it felt soo much potent than the time i ate like 7 grams, i saw fractals all around me, felt like reallity was disolving, then i saw it, "the truth" i dont know how else to explain it, but if u have experienced it you probably know what im talking about, then i listened to tool, after lateralus i was literaly spiraling out, after i took my headphones off i could still hear the music, i could still fell the spiral, felt so surreal, some key words i remember, "reallity is often dissapointing", "we live in a simulation of our own making","it really is an infinite cicle", oh and the last thing was the colective concius... I dont know how to explain this
