I see Jet Man is a man of culture as well. Les Friction has some of the best epic vocal pieces out there (Dark Matter, Louder Than Words, Firewall and many more). Been listening to them for, like, 10 years. I've built whole universes in my imagination based on their songs, it's so nice to see someone else appreciating these masterpieces.

Their duets with Emily Valentine were amazing. This album helped overcome broken heart many times. I wonder why my most loved peaces and artists are so not mainstream and yet here we are, secret fans to artists who are too good for their time.

There's a legendary AMV "Louder Than Words" for Attack on Titan which introduced me to both aot and les friction. I've been a fan of both ever since. So glad this was requested

Oh dude, Les Friction is a super underrated artist. If you wanna hear them approach a different tone, I highly recommend either "End of the Beginning" or "Your World Will Fail."

Hey Tony I highly recommend you check out "I really want to stay at your house" from Cyberpunk 2077. One of my favorite songs! It is also featured in the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

Thank you for naming some of the instruments you hear or even referring to them like this 7:23. It helped me to identify the different sounds, to not just stay with the main melody, and to start to understand the whole cool mess that I was hearing in the background 😆

I'd say contrary to most artists/bands that has like 5% really good songs, 15% decent songs, and the rest of their songs you generally don't even listen to, Les Fricition got like 50% of their songs that are FUCKIN AWESOME, 30% are FUCKIN GREAT and 15% are "just" Good, and then there's like 2-3 songs (combined on all their albums) that's not very good. But still almost good! I've never seen a band like that anywhere. The first song on the first album is like it's made by someone who's SO experiences in making epic incredible music right from the get go, and then they just kept spitting out amazing music like that.... I'm so baffled by them!

Hey, Tony, I’d love it if you make a reaction on Ichika Nito, he’s a Japanese guitarist with a unique style. I recommend “Illusory Sense”, which is purely (or mostly) guitar playing, but is beautifully written

What band has opened for The Foo Fighters, Guns 'n Roses, and Muse, toured with Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, and Three Days Grace, all in the past year, and has the first track on the Metallica Blacklist tribute album? You don't know? Let me introduce you to "The Warning", a young band that has this old man excited about music again! Songs to check out are, "EVOLVE", "DISCIPLE", "CHOKE", "ERROR", "Dust to Dust", "Dull Knives (Cut Better)", and seriously any other of their songs, in my opinion. Yes, I'm a bit obsessed since discovering them a little over a year ago.
