Depends on the moment. I'm a guitarist and I don't think Roman gets enough praise, though. Jinjer is definitely my favorite contemporary scene (I'm an old fart).

Roman is so underrated you have to see his guitar play through of Sit Stay Rollover but the band overall is so tight their Pit of Consciousness live Kiev 2019 before the invasion is so so good

Tatiana tends to be my focus but for example Eugene being low in the mix in the Melbourne recordings makes them my least favorite recordings. So it's pretty balanced for me. Love the crowd shouting "BOOYA!!!" In this one though. As another example, I love the lyrics in Who Is Gonna Be The One but Tati's vocals aren't the high point of the piece imo, but the interplay of they guys' instrumental work is just sublime.

There's a game called Metal: Hellsinger, which has a soundtrack made completely for it featuring various metal musicians. Tatiana has a song she did vocals for in that game called Burial At Night, you should definitely check it out. Heck, you should check out the entire soundtrack, they're all great

Not sure if you've heard of the band "The Hu", you could say they have gone viral a couple of years ago with their song called "Wolf Totem". Many reaction channels have been talking about their music, few of them can actually say anything about their craft though. There's a music video they made for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you can see all the members playing there. It would be interesting to hear your take on any of their songs really.

I'm curious as to how you'd like Alex Bent era Trivium (The Sin and the Sentence, What the Dead Men Say, and In the Court of the Dragon albums). Very technical drummer that really elevated that side of Trivium as Matt, Corey, and Paolo were already absolutely crushing it with guitars and bass. Notable songs would be honestly the title tracks from each album but also The Phalanx, Catastrophist, and the one they actually got Grammy nominated being Betrayer. Your videos are great love your insights in to the music you listen to
