Nice one Mike. I can hang in there at 100bpm, but the triplet kills me! Because it finishes on a downstroke it makes me want to start the next phrase on an upstroke, which obviously throws everything out.

I guess it's a case of slowing it right down to practice getting the triplet and back up for the next downstroke and then gradually increasing the speed.
