Usually you play this kind of music/vibration in the background while charging and cleansing your crystals. You can research online on how to cleanse and charge crystals, but the most common ways are to soak in salt water (be careful some crystals can't be soaked in water, like Selenite), using the smoke from incense like sage or other, meditating with the crystals and sending cleansing thoughts. Remember, the most important step is to put an intention to your cleansing, either repeating a mantra or your intention. I personally use: "I dedicate this crystal to the growth of all things. May it be used in light and love." You can then add a personalisation such as for what you will be using the crystal for. For example, I use many crystals for meditation, so I would add "May this crystal accompany me through meditation helping me acheive higher states of consciousness." Other crystals I use as a necklace and I would add "May this crystal bring self-love and compassion to my life" Etc. Hope this helps.

This was reccomended to me by a Pinterest follower, and i love it. I have never really used cleansing music before, but i thought id give it a try and its amazing.
