THE actor who portrayed Michael in this movie did a good job as the 70s earky 1980s Michael jackson..which he passed away nit too long after this movie was made..In my opinion he was the best and close enough lookalike to how michael looked right before all the plastic surgeries got out of hand in later years..he really looked like michaek especialky in the emergency room when his dad was in the hospital room talking to him

I’m so happy Michael picked Wylie Draper to play him in this film. This is still my favorite biopic and I’m glad he was able to play such an amazingly notable role and show the world his talent before he lost his battle with cancer 😔 I remember randomly googling him one year after I re-watched this movie and finding out he had passed in 1993. I was so sad 🫤 his life and career were cut short but he left a great legacy behind in this performance! 🙏🏾

When i first saw this movie many years ago,,i kept going back and forth about if this was Michael or not. Some moments i could tell it wasnt , others i couldn't. It was just too uncanny to me, that someone could capture his mannerism so perfectly. never has anyone since done a more marvelous job. Little Michael ,performed by Jason Weaver was spot on, as well. This is a beautiful masterpiece!

Everything about this movie gives me happy feels! I used to watch it everyday after school (we had recorded it on vhs) . This scene in particular tugs at my heart! Wylie Draper captured Michael Jackson like no other. The emotions of having Jermaine not there with him felt so real! Everyone embodied their roles! Timeless classic! And rip to Wylie Draper! I always wondered how do you go from this to that horrible Flex Alexander movie "Man in the Mirror" This is the best depiction of Michael and I don't think anyone else can portray Michael as good as Wylie Draper did.

Some of Mjs best music with his brother and into the 90s . But I loved all his music til the day he passed. Wylie and his movie brothers did amazing and should’ve won an award….ugh best movie of the Jackson’s made. I didn’t even know Wylie passed away til last year. I always wondered why he didn’t reprise the time in other movies
