Just wanna say thank you for breaking these up into smaller chunks instead of one long video. I've been looking forward to each episode every day, and it's been a lot of fun to watch!

Bought a BFR Stingray RS in silverburst, 1 of 75, over a year ago and always admired the quality. Seeing the care these guitars are made with makes me that much more proud.

i would like one of the robot buffing machines, please
@zotols Жыл бұрын
its interesting to see processes like painting and buffing that usually requires human judgement and real-time evaluation is being automated with robots. I wonder how much it differs with traditional methods

Works of art ❤️ very very beautiful process. Definitely a team effort of experts in their fields.

Given the colour choices, that sabre being stained is likely Rabea’s signature model!

Music Man paint jobs are the best. I worked at receiving in a guitar shop that was a Premier Ernie Ball dealer. I got to unpack them and they even SMELL great! Carnuba i guess.

Kind of surprised that they are staining the guitars in the same room they sand them. That room is filled with dust particles.

Was very interested in this but man was the camera person terrible through this entire process. You have folks explaining painting and sanding, machining, etc and how things look/work during a process and instead of showcasing said process, the camera is pointed at you and the employee talking about the process while never showing us. Moments were lost here. Very frustrating.

Everything's sanded by hand, he says, while the video shows hands holding and using a power-sander. Slight contradiction there. I know he means 'by human' rather than 'by hand,' but since I avoid power tools like the plague in my own work, the distinction matters to me.

is talking about Steve Lukather when they refer to Luk model guitars?
