Ich hab Thomas Lang zweimal Live gesehen, an einem Drum Workshop in der Schweiz und als Drummer von Paul Gilbert Live Konzert. Dieser Typ ist einfach nur krass. Sehr sympathischer Typ, Technisch nicht von dieser Welt und sein KZbin Kanal find ich sehr geil.

Hi @CrAzYgAmEr, klaro, im Prinzip ist das kein Problem ... nur eine Frage des Geldes. Denn das nicht gerade kleine Set von DW das Thomas da nutzt dürfte deutlich im fünfstelligen Eurobereich liegen wenn du wirklich die gleichen Kessel aus der gleichen Serie möchtest. Wenn du dazu auch noch die Hardware sowie die Becken von Meinl und die Mikros von Audix haben möchtest, kommt noch mal einiges dazu. Aber du hast dann auf jeden Fall ein hochprofessionelles und richtig geiles Set. Wegen des DW-Sets und der Hardware müsstest du dich an den deutschen Vertrieb GEWA Music wenden, die findest du unter www.gewamusic.com/imprint Die können dir dann sicher auch den optimalen Händler nennen, über den das laufen würde. Die Becken von Meinl bekommst du einfach beim Händler, das sind ja „einfach“ Standardmodelle. Solltest du noch Fragen dazu haben, kannst du dich hier an den Hersteller wenden: meinlcymbals.com/en/imprint Die Mikros von Audix werden von Trius (www.trius-audio.de/ ) vertrieben, auch die bekommst du ganz normal beim Händler. Those pedals are beautiful! Thomas is one of my favourite drummers of all time. Excellent control, precision and creativity PLUS I really love his unique style and the sheer joy he shows while playing. Also quite interesting setup he uses... all the snare drums!?! Thanks for the upload!

Naja, das ist eben sein persönliches Setup. Und er ist eben gerne flexibel, was Snares/Snaresounds betrifft ... muss man nicht mögen, für ihn scheint es zu funktionieren. ;)

Ein unglaublicher Musiker und sehr vielseitig.Aber ich frage mich immer, all die verschiedenen Drumsets,mit extra Gimmicks, lohnt sich das für den Drumhersteller? Thomas hat ja nicht nur ein Kit und viele andere Künstler spielen ebenfalls als Drumendorser für DW. Wie kann ein Hersteller da noch Gewinn erwirtschafteten?

Ich kann auch Denglish. :-) Aber schönes Basecap mit 666 the Number of the Beast drauf und zum Schluss noch das Basecap schön das Zeichen in die Kamera gelegt .. Hi Maria, nein, das dürfte wohl in beiden Fällen die gleiche Person sein. Da Thomas Lang schon seit langem in den USA lebt und arbeitet, macht er viele Interviews und Workshops in Englisch. Er ist allerdings gebürtiger Österreicher, und wir von Music nStuff als deutschsprachigem Kanal fanden es besser, wenn er zur Abwechslung mal was auf Deutsch macht. Wir hoffen, das Video hat dir gefallen. :) Solltest du noch Fragen haben: nur her damit. Beste Grüße. Music nStuff.

I guess he played on more songs than you would imagine in the studio. So you might know the songs, but not, that he played in the studio (like Gianna Nannini or Bonnie Tyler) ... and he was the drummer of Falco for many years. But of course he's most famous for his solo stuff and his technical skills. 🙂
