Chloe actually produces all their Album and they both write on it as well , every live performance they did this era was done on their tennis court and Chloe actually produce their live version of these song whenever they do live shows because they don’t like for it to sound like the actual recordings every time and she said they get bored of performing the same song the same way so she change the beats up every-time they sing live they are the future of music I swear love the reaction Also their father sat them down at the age of 5&7 and show them how to write their own music because music writer’s didn’t know what to write for kids to sing and that’s when Chloe the nerd start messing around with beats and producing

(trying not to repeat everyone else's comments lol) One of the things I love about them is that they adjust the vocal arrangements every time they perform live so it's not just the same performance. Example, they've performed "Do It" live multiple times, but it's never the exact same, even in comparison to the album version. Also, their music influences/artists they enjoy go back to performers of the 1940s! Their appreciate for their craft and music in general is so, so evident in everything they put out, live or otherwise. I'm super excited to see Halle in the live-action Little Mermaid. I'm a new subscriber and can't wait to watch more of this series! If I were to suggest someone, it'd be Kyle Dion! He's probably one of the most underrated R&B singers out. His album "Suga" (the OG version, not the deluxe) tells a story from start to finish but the added tracks in the second version are just as amazing. I suggest his song/video "Brown" and/or "Not All The Way." For a live performance, I suggest his Soulection performance of "Brown" and "White"

Musically this is one of my favourite performances of 2020. The girls are staying on that beat. It’s almost like rapping to stay on the beat but they’re actually singing melodies through it. That with their harmonies and the arrangement of the harmonies. With the choreography these ladies are sooo musical it’s insane.

What I saw get you about this song that got me, and is similar to the other brilliant ones you mentioned, is that the rhythm is written to complement the beat of the singing instead of the main melody at several moments throughout the song. And yes, they share strong melodies and a generally strong rhythm line regardless. But when the percussion interplay with the staccato of the vocals, well, that's when your head really starts swaying. You know what I mean.. Beat you to the spliff.. One Love!
