In my opinion, their hype kind of died down because right after the little mermaid was released Halle became pregnant with her first child so she kind of took a hiatus from music. Chloe has been doing her solo music, but for some reason, people like to body shame her and she’s not well received independentlyin the mainstream setting I think they should do another joint album because I think people further voices together even though they’re both absolutely individually talented. They don’t do a lot of promotion of their music anymore. Halle has released a few singles on her own, but she hasn’t done any major projects since then I think she’s focusing on her acting career because she was also in the color purple after the little mermaid and now she is in another movie based on Pharrell’s childhood.
