Bruh, you just took your first step down the Dirty Loops rabbit hole! If you spend a little time there... you WILL judge many things differently, upon your return.

I've known Dirty Loops for a long time but never gave them a chance until about a year ago, and oh boy was I surprised swell Keith! My favorite songs of theirs is probably Rock You. But if you want to listen to some more of their stuff I'd recommend checking out 'Coffee Break Is Over' or 'Work Shit Out'. And even so maybe 'Next To You' or 'Hit Me';) Good vid brother;)

First heard about DL about 10 years ago back when they were only doing these crazy jazz fusion pop covers of Justin Bieber and Adele on KZbin. I became an instant fan. A few years later they came out with their first original song Hit Me (you must react to that one) which was next level and dropped their first album Loopified which I've listened to probably more than any other album in the last 10 years. Got to see them live in Chicago on the Loopified tour and yes they are just as legit live as in their videos. Then they just disappeared. For like 5 years. We thought they were done and gone. What you're witnessing in this video is their glorious return as they put out five new songs over the last 2 years and released them in an E.P. called Phoenix last year. Great reaction. I can tell you really "get it".

Welcome, to the party, Mr. Classiq. I’ve been listening to Dirty Loops since 2015, and haven’t been able to enjoy any other music since. I’m somewhat of a hard/indie rock guy myself, disappointed by most acts of my own genre (myself included). The kid (now a marine lol) that shows them to me was a metal-shredding-djent-prog-rock-yoked-up-meathead - an INCREDIBLE guitar player, too, not making fun. He told me I HAD to hear this. I saw their picture and figured I’d hate them like most stuff people bring me. Within 5 seconds, I knew my life was never going to be the same. I’ve just never heard anyone else play…for lack of a better description…SO GOOD! Sure, there’s plenty of excellent technical bands out there, and they’re all fantastic…but DL takes their same level of mastery and combines it with two words nearly every prodigious-level musician sneers at - while secretly, bitterly, but mostly ENVIOUSLY wishing they could do themselves: “CATCHY,” and “TASTEFUL.” They make the catchiest, most delicious, most technically advanced music I’ve ever heard in my life. Best. Sh*t. Ever.

Thank you Bogme, you have but words on my feelings too. At 63 years of age I have never ever felt the same for any band or music. They are one of a kind and I'm so happy to be part of their music world as a listener. As I am from Sweden it is easy to feel nationalistic about this but they are bigger than that and stands above all narrowmindedness. They are a true gift to the planet in these troubled times together with another swedish gift, yes I'm thinking about the ABBA reunion of course.

This Band Dirty Loops is Genius Awesomeness Musicians got me hooked on whatever these cats drop...Real Talk ("

Never heard these guys but I mean it sounds like a prog band ripping off MJ. It’s way too derivative of MJ for me- kinda reminds me the the way a band like Dragon Force is just playing power metal and turning up the intensity of the musicianship. This band feels like if Jackson played his music with dream theater as the backing band.
@pachuca602 жыл бұрын
There's one guy in this band who looks like he might be a punk rocker! Get off the punk rock stuff! Recognize the other members of the band, not just the bass player!
