Oh, I'm sorry that you need to go through anxiety attacks and sleep deprivation, I know exactly what it is, believe me when I say that BTS saved my life, they save every day, in fact, I'm crying with your video, and your thanks to the boys. They try so hard that we don't have to go through sad things alone, it's like "ok, they are with me, everything will be fine ". Please take care, rest, hydrate, try to sleep, don't think too much about things, don't spend your time paying too much attention to your anxiety, I know it's difficult, but I also know that is possible. I used to hurt myself when these strong crises hit. Now I just turn on the sound, the purple lights in my room, lie down and just focus on their voices ... They will never know how much they help and save me, I hope it helps you too. Army's are here for you ✊🏻💜

I have been watching your BTS reactions and I came across this one, I felt compelled to comment here. I am 53, suffer from a disability and panic disorder, I just want to say it is very brave to be so open about your anxiety and it helps others knowing they are not alone. I have got so much flack about my obsession with Bangtan and the fact that I am older but Idc because their music, run bts episodes, content, sharing their hardships with Army has helped me over the years so much and have literally got me through times when I didn't want to be here anymore, in a nutshell, they have saved me on many occasions. Army forever, Bangtan forever and stay strong, you are special and you are perfect just being you 💜

Sending you a great big hug! Always remember that you owe yourself *far* more than you owe your KZbin subscribers. Record videos, of any type or length, if and when they bring you joy. It's also ABSOLUTELY okay to let yourself enjoy new content from them off camera. Not everything has to be filmed for a reaction. An article in Weverse magazine this week said BTS has released around 12,400 videos over their career, so don't worry about running out of content to react to. :-) And that's to say nothing of the thousands and thousands of fan-made videos like you watched today! I've had some bad depression episodes the past few months, and BTS videos have been my best source of joy, so I hope they continue to bring you some comfort too.

💜 ARMY💜 One of the best things about this fandom is how openly we talk about mental illness. It's still so stigmatized that people feel alone and confused. One of the only good effects of the pandemic is that so many more people, who have never experienced depression and anxiety, are suffering from them (that's not the good part -lol!), and openly discussing! That's a huge step forward. But ARMY already has practice, so sometimes we can help those newbies along a little.

Wishing you and your kitty a speedy recovery. I too have some major issues with anxiety and mostly with just leaving the house. it used to be just straight up depression but smoking weed actually helped that. it took years, so I can't actually say it cured me or anything but I think it does help with anxiety a great deal. Unless smoking it makes you all paranoid (happens a lot for new users, but it passes) and than in that case I wouldn't recommend it. I'm glad you can speak so openly about this. It shows that you are on the road to recovery already. Just keep going, you'll get there. Love to you from Vancouver!
